All, screen by screen development in any context, to open team ideation and co-creation with subject matter experts, business partners, and training peers, that can be delivered via a variety of modalities including web-based, instructor-led, video-animation, and blended solutions in multiple mediums in development of distance-learning: tutorial, video, audio, gamification, polling, social-learning and testing among several procedures. While managing end to end creation for training, and maintaining existing content with an eye toward continuous improvement when adhering to content archival to upkeep services level and agreements for virtual organizations. eLearning is that complex and yet that effective.
The past is gone with the old eLearning content creation inherited from the 90s
Macromedia Authorware (Aw) era - was a great time for pedagogical models based on constructivism in educational technology for sure; for Jean Piaget's or for Maria Montessori's cognitive development, and learning approaches even in today's reality, it would be a fantastic unreal time - even if they were here alive in those early Authorware (Aw) years, it would be paradise. Today, in our inherited post-COVID era, they would be seriously thrilled – for real, with so many possibilities. Although, it's time for new ways; auto curating an eLearning content that is posted by an user (any kind of teaching-mind driven.) Ai-enabled curation engine for a particular skill domain never was that effortless.
The future of Cognition: LMS (LCMS), the way we all evolve today and tomorrow. Big time for scholars or trainers of any field worldwide to co-create from Microsoft Office to scalable responsive Learning Management System (LMS) software tools are available out there here to stay! and yet, It's an open challenge when compelling corporate slides will be way more intentionally executed with cognitive instructional design models approach to drive near-real-time data - still. Here are, The Best Learning Management System tools that share the same design thinking functions when it comes to eLearning or instructional design from responsive screen simulation, AI-Based social learning for educational technology that I feel truly confident to handle into my cross-media or Simplexity in ADDIE framework.
